There's nothing in the constitution about guns (or arms) that can fire more than one bullet at a time without reloading either.

There is something in there about the right to life and liberty though.

Having every Crackpot out there having the right to carry a gun INFRINGES on the right to the Life and Liberty of ALL of us.
