Sector, I appreciate the info and don't want to sound ungrateful but this is not what I had in mind. << Over the last year, the company has worked with a RBOC to develop it's duplexer, and is currently selling this product at the rate of 10,000 units per year. >> 10,000 units times $150 ASP = only $1.5 million << Management indicates sales could increase dramatically over the next 1-2 years and we believe MRVC could potentially sell hundreds of thousands of duplexers each year as fiber creeps closer to the home. >> This would generate approx $15 million in sales per hundred thousand? The kind of WDM systems I am referring to sell from several thousand dollars to over $1 million per system. These systems carry high margins. I can't imagine these $150 products carry high margins. They sound like commodity products. Still searching for definitive WDM offerings...
