Petz, true, but the K6 is close behind it. How do K6 and pentiumII compare at the same frequency?, and K6 much cheaper?
.25 will be easier to cool, and thus K6 will go faster, but so will the pentium. If you close couple the K6 and cache and chip set with cooling how fast will it really go, 500 MHZ? Will 2.1 Volts help it, or will it self limit due to layout and gate delays before that?
