This is my math PC is a local device, with program installation + management + backup = Windows = huge installed base = huge market for software developers NC or PC with a small OS and Browser and Internet + local cache + private folders = NC = Vapor ware = zero performance = No market = unproven technology = money loser for SW developers Note that this could change over time, but last time I checked, the vast majority of SW development $$ is in Windows.
