eliz2, there is no substitue for hardwork. Your money is not going to work harder for you then you work for your money. i am sorry about what happened to you. count it off as your learning experience and pick yourself up with extra determination. last may i borrowed on my house and put in the market and july we had a huge sell off and i went thru simpilar experience. Learning is the key to future sucess. Frankly, I m getting tired of this learning business. but have a merry xmas and this too will pass soon.
