What I find interesting as a matter of human psychology, I think, is that I have all these old friends around me that have all these illnesses that smoking a little pot would make them feel so much better and yet they won't touch it.

The feeling I get, is that they've been so conditioned to see it as a sin that they just can't change their mind about it. It is very strange for me to watch. Unless I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. But they have no problem with drinking.

When I was staying with my goody two shoes daughter and her goody two shoes husband and their goody two shoes friends at the coast for my granddaughters birthday, as mentioned in a previous post, they all drank and were happy to get high, and even laughed about it, but there was no smoking any pot, or even considering such a thing?

As Ornstein says, we humans are not nearly as aware of our behavior as we think we are.
