Or Mr. Tseng is just tired. He wants his money out and retire. The key here is if the price is a fair one to other shareholders. If that $1.70 asest value does hold up, I would guess Mr. Tseng took a discount. But $1.70 is definitely not the cash value. What other assets does Tsng have ?
