I've never seen any posts from the SEC other than Starks' announcement of the halt. Isn't it contrary to 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.77q for a broker to slam stocks on the internet? I don't know if it applies to the SEC, but it would appear to be 'unethical' for them to do that, wouldn't you think? Do you think its' unethical for a broker to do so?

I assume that you consider your critque and the SEC's questions regarding RMIL one & the same....Don't you? But when was the last time the SEC was posting on this thread trying to shake shares?

You'll have to show me those posts Mike, I must've missed them. Since you appear to speak for the SEC, have you ever complained to them about RMIL, i.e., assets, etc.?
