I wonder about the suit as well. Seems others would be targets of Hyseq suit too.

Any word on todays announcement about Incyte purchasing Synteni?
I expect that to be an interesting pair. Might it also free Incyte from dependence on other array manufacturers (AFFX, Hyseq, Nanogen)
