Hmmm, I'm through Episode 5 and it's hard to see a connection. My guess is one of the younger characters
is prominent in Season 1, twenty seven years later. The Gehrhardt (sp?) grandson might be a candidate. Could he be the Billy Bob Thornton character? That seems a real stretch.
