Absolutely NOT! You don't understand what faith is. I'll admit that MANY people who should know better will agree with you, i.e. one can read many prominent scientists who will also claim they take certain aspects "on faith". But I beg to differ.

If you read Hebrews 11 (in the Christian Bible) you will see that faith is something like this:

"Belief, despite great contrary evidence, so strong that it motivates the believer to action".

If you knock any of the above points out, you aren't talking about faith, but something else.
