Thank you, I did see that in an earlier post although it seemed that Eli only volunteered that information to the Gilder board, and it was shared here by Shlomi Cohen. It is not clear to me that Eli intended to be available to communicate with all shareholders, which honestly bothers me a little.

Regardless, it is not a "question" but a request that a conference call take place before we are asked to vote on any further proposals. It needs to be done in the typical professional setting with updated information about the entire business and guidance, along with the opportunity for analysts to question the company. Not on a phone call or email basis to individual shareholders or boards.

I would like to think that an arbiter would not be necessary and that all could be professional. Eli could always refuse to answer questions about the merger if he choses to. It would not be a first for him to decline to answer a question, and I do believe that he deserves to be treated with respect.

Thanks again for your suggestion and I'll send my "request" to Eli this weekend and hope that others who feel similarly do the same.
