Mohan,
Hi!!!! " Global appetite for information technology still voracious" Once upon a time my great grandmother was offered an opportunity to purchase a large section of beach front property on the Jersey coast....her choice was to once again reinvest her new yearly profits in the railroads.... turning down this new venture capitalism....real estate.... the standard railroad reinvestment had been successful for her.....so she was not willing to risk any money on this unproven tract of land.....This property would eventually be the first choice for the gambling casinos.....Atlantic City eventually was awarded the choice due to unemployment numbers.....
My grandfather along with two other investors lost a great deal of money during the depression with a concept that nobody would buy....a rear engine in an automobile....
Neither had the info or knowledge of what the future would prove to be in demand....
Today we have such an awareness of what is in demand.....and the knowledge in this thread alone is info enough for me to know that "global appetite for information technology is still voracious." And, I might add....the PC is opening up that awareness as we all communicate to levels noone could have predicted just a few years ago....with 97% of the world without access to one....I think that this Fizz Ed major can still figure there are a few left to be sold. Thanks for the post....I copied that just for that quote......
Best, Kemble
