You may be experiencing a temporary download speed issue with Yahoo or your service provider, but you can try removing the app and reinstalling it.

Many thanks again Goldie........I restored Win7 and my scanner has reappeared......and it works.!! My stock portfolio list app from Yahoo is still sluggish tho, any thoughts on that?
