This is good news and bad news! It is good to have a clarification. This issue has been hanging over NTII for months. It is bad if the conditions cannot be met by Jan 15. I assume that the results from the neuropathic pain trial will be announced before then. If results are positive NTII will easily meet the conditions and this will be moot. If the results are negative, then it probably won't matter anyway. I remain confident and long. John de C
