About a year ago there was a discussion here about online backup services... I bought a WD MyCloud and was absolutely thrilled with the idea of having my own cloud without having my data floating around online somewhere... but, I've recently been having some issues with it, and so I'm again rethinking the idea of a reliable and user friendly online backup in hopes my personal data isn't just used or lost by an online cloud that goes out of business and loses all my data... I guess nothing is perfect...

So, does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable and user friendly online automatic backup service which I could possibly explore??? TIA
