Are you sure that IRIDF does not have to borrow any more money?

More evidences showed that IRIDF kept using different forms to borrow more money after the company announced the completion of 4.7 billion financing a while back. Right after this financing, it borrowed another 300 million. Now, there comes the above $1 billion credit facility from a new formed subsidiary.

Is it over yet? May be someone will enlighted me about this financing stuff. It adds up quite a huge amount for average shareholders to appreciate. Any comment?
