The best start would be with all who voted for the obamination for his 2nd term. Do that and America will be a much safer place. Forget the Mexicans and the Muslims the Jews? Blacks? Vietnamese? Native Americans? Gays?

Confine the kick out to the seriously insane and or gansters subset of the USA.
