Mike,

There are several reasons why your order may not have been filled. I'm sure that you are aware of them:

1. Limit orders are placed in order in which they are recieved. There may be people in front of you. If you cancel your buy order daily, your new order goes to the tail of the queue. Try GTC and be patient.

2. Market orders are filled before yours.

3. How many trades at .75? There might have only been one or two trades at this price.

4. Does .75 represent bid or ask? I'm not sure as I don't follow the stock price that closely anymore.

If you like it, place a market order when it hits .75? However, being the diciplined investor that I believe you to be, it is smart never to chase the stock.

I doubt there is any hanky panky going on. In the NASD? NAAAA!

Have a Merry Christmas

Gary

P.S. How's the weather in Iowa? Last I heard, there was snow for Christmas?
