...Actually, the Court declined to hear the case...it made no ruling on the substance of the ban.....

Actually, the Court let the weapons ban stand...it said, in effect, that communities CAN ban weapons. I'm surprised a Portia Law School for Girls grad can't grasp that important fact.

Maybe they only teach that in First, Second or even Third Tier Law Schools.
