No they aren't. And no they don't. Sure, the Koch's like to pretend they are in the classical liberal mold, and they make noises about apposing rent seeking and corporate welfare, but they are at the public trough and they pay lobbyists and others to preserve both. Take the (mainly) Koch funded ALEC. There is no more powerful group locking both concepts in at the state level. Koch Industries suck up corporate welfare from some of the states least able to afford it, like Louisiana.

And so on. There is a difference between reality and propaganda. And you have chosen the latter.
