An nda is not the same as not being able to release the company name prior to the 43-101. An nda is a basic for most companies, and the chief's point there is that the emphasis is meaningless. Have you (allies) called Bruce Duncan to find out that info? Perhaps it is readily available, but just wasn't included in their NR. After all, Glorieux claims to know lots of stuff through his talks with AE. And where AE does not seem to be in the habit of returning calls or answering emails, Mr. Duncan always does, when at all possible.
