Is the range of variability in the test results for Fuel Cell application acceptable to Ballard? They don't say do they? Individual tests may compare well in a snapshot view but there is a wide range from one sample to another .......... is that workable when you are getting such variability at the lab level, never mind going to large pilot plant scale or ultimately mine scale where all of this matters.
