You may not have a lot of media files, but you would still be safer with an image of your OS especially since you've done the Windows 10 upgrade. If you don't have an OS image, you would have to do a factory recovery or reinstall of your previous OS to be able to put Windows 10 back on your computers if a serious virus or malware made it necessary.

Also keep in mind that you've done numerous tweaks to Windows 10 since you installed it and all those would have to be done over again if you were forced to make a new installation from scratch.

Since you have lots of space, it would be easy to resize your OS partition to make room for a backup partition that you could put your Windows 10 image on. Or if you have a USB drive with sufficient space, you could put your OS image there.
