It now appears Donald Trump finds himself not only facing proverbial fire from both the American media and political establishments, but the United Nations as well.

The U.N. just condemned the Republican candidate’s assertion all future Muslim immigration into the United States should be halted until the ongoing threat posed by Islamic terror can be more effectively dealt with. While voters are praising Mr. Trump’s suggestion, which he calls common sense, others are aggressively condemning as they once again attempt to portray the New York billionaire as a bigot.

(“We have no choice.” – Donald Trump)

The United Nations was joined by Trump’s GOP rivals Jeb Bush, Senator John McCain, former Vice President Dick Cheney, various far-left advocacy groups in the United States, and British Prime Minister David Cameron.

When questioned about his proposal the following morning, Donald Trump refused to back down, saying it would be both temporary but necessary in order to keep America safe. He also emphasized the immigration moratorium would have no impact upon Muslims already living inside the United States or those serving in the U.S. military.

The United Nations stated Mr. Trump was putting a “terribly important” Syrian refugee program at risk. The U.N. and the Obama White House are intent on bringing thousands of Syrian refugees into the United States despite growing concerns over some of those refugees actually being agents for Islamic terror as what happened recently in Paris, France.
