Speaker Paul Ryan Condemns Donald Trump Keith Farrell December 8, 2015 2016 Presidential Race, Abuse of Authority Speaker of the House Paul Ryan made news today when he decided to break protocol and inject his opinions into the presidential race. The Speaker had strong words of condemnation for Donald Trump and his plan to bar Muslims from entering the country. “This is not conservatism,” Ryan stated unequivocally. “This is not what this party stands for.” Ryan reminded Trump that Muslims serve in our armed forces and in our government.
