Interesting how that press release is worded. The releae implies that Sherlund figured it out all by himself. I thought an earlier post (by Trader Dave) suggested that it was Remedy that gave the IBM/SWRT guidance to analysts.

When you say "...this will end in a lawsuit...", what do you mean? On the basis of insider selling, or on the basis of IBM reneging on an informal arrangement?
