Thomas, Just got a chance to listen to the mp3 of the hearing today. Honestly, with my unskilled legal ears, it was difficult to tell who came out on top. I think the Pharmatech lawyer sounded better and seemed more coherent but I am not sure that isn't a home court type of opinion. I thought the panel probed the potential weak points for both sides. It seemed one of the panelists was more for Pharmatech and one was more for Lifescan. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I think I will stand pat on my present holdings. The price swings for the day may have depended on how the different investors/traders felt the hearing went today.
