Sudhir, .Given this situation, I wouldn't be surprised to see big US companies opening branches and start taking advantage of this situation. What is your opinion? After all capital will flow where profits are and internal problems have not much bearing on foreign companies operation. Looking forward to your thoughts?<

What are the Korea national laws and international laws? What probability is there that some major world wide corporation picking up some extremely valuable property at a fire side sale, figurely speaking, on the courhouse steps. If so, what companies could step up and perform the transaction.? What are some potential problems facing such a strategy?
