Not that it matters...

The new management have already quite thoroughly destroyed shareholders trust, and thus the potential, along with whatever value... as they've made it perfectly clear now that you can't trust them... to do to anything more than take from you to benefit themselves.

Can't remember EVER seeing another management rewarding themselves with a "performance incentive" in the form of a direct grant of shares equaling 10% of the company ?

I agree with others that the only immediately obvious explanation for the "deals" they were working... were that the deals being planned perhaps weren't "arms length" deals... but masked plans to throw shareholders under the bus to enable management in "takings".

The new guys have already shown they are basically thieves... and, knowing that... ? New "management" already owned ~18%... then just awarded themselves another 10%... and they sold another 10% to their buddies at Waterton... so, they've basically already taken the company.

Market reality is that management trumps geology... and a management that you know can't be trusted as fiduciaries of your own interest, or others... are worth quite a lot less than nothing... a net negative value.

The only "benefit" I see the new guys have brought to the table... is the same ability to recognize value we already had... only they're seeing it as a reason to take it from you.

Their recent maneuvers also work to poison the well with others... so, you shouldn't expect to see "smart" managements of any other companies in the industry trusting them now... no one else will be nearly as willing to do deals with them for shares, now. They've essentially shut down the only other means the company had to sustain itself while growing assets... during the ongoing drought in mining market finance.

So, WHY aren't they going ahead and doing the deal ? Probably only because it appears now that they'd misjudged calling the bottom of the market... and have determined now that some additional patience might allow them to take from you what they want to take... for even less $ ?

Stick a fork in this POS...

Time to look elsewhere... for management who have shown good reasons to have earned your trust...
