Affirmative action cleared out a lot of lazy good old boys white trash so that qualified minorities who were denied jobs by you racists could get a piece of the action. Most of the dead wood is not due to affirmative action but to cronyism and corruption in organizations dependent on political favoritism. It's not your free speech being criticised but your loud mouthed ignorant assed braying.
