Just a point about DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) ... The "answer" produced by the mathematical formula is very much based on the interest rate that you choose. Should the rate prove irrelevant or inaccurate, then it will be a case of "garbage in, garbage out", especially when basing the DCF over the longer term.
