Christian terrorist Robert Dear, 57, stated he would not participate in his trial while he was being formally charged with three counts of first-degree murder and other counts in a Colorado Springs courtroom.

Killed in the terrorist attack were University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Police Officer, Garrett Swasey, 44; Iraq War Veteran Ke'Arre Stewart, 29; and Jennifer Markovsky, 35, who had accompanied a friend to the site of the terror attack.

After her funeral, the Pastor of Jennifer Markovsky's Christian Orthodox Church said "Christians need to step-up and start reporting radicalized members of their religion to law enforcement along with Pastors teaching radicalized Christianity. Robert Dear is no Christian."

The FBI has been tracing Dear's contacts to identify radical clergy members who have been encouraging religious terror attacks.

Congress is currently considering a ban on Christians entering the United States, if they have visited any nations where Christian terrorists are known to have been active since 1982. Reciprocal bans on American Christians are expected to be imposed by Visa-free ally nations cooperating with the United States efforts to end religious terrorism.
