Attention Board Moderators.

Lots of boards that have members banned are not filling in the reason why they were banned properly, (Moderator's Reason for Ban) some just put N/A, or a personal attack. We require a polite message in the reason field for why the user was banned.

Boards that will not comply with this will have the banned user unbanned by an Admin. Another way to do this is unban all users and start from scratch if you wish. Some have done this. We are going to be enforcing this, so please take the time and clean up your bans if you have any.

To find the Moderator's Reason for Ban, click on the number of bans, and you will see the list.

To edit the field in question, you must unban the member first, then ban them again and fill in the field.

Here is an example of what we would like to see:
