Thanks, I've got a copy of the by laws already, I was just wondering if there were any "best practices" manual to check out.

For example, there is an annual meeting coming up in 3 weeks. What should be discussed? It seems to me there should be some info provided a month in advance for review, so that home owners know what issues are to be discussed. I was hoping to get a bit of background before approaching the Home Owners head to ask questions about what will happen.
