Ronald Reagan's "trickle-down" concept was a hilarious inside joke, a marketing name for a plan to impoverish and destroy the American Middle Class.

It's not hard to understand that reducing taxes on the wealthiest Americans by 2/3 while raising taxes on the Middle Class was not going to create a trickle-down, but rather a vacuuming up of wealth by the wealthiest Americans.
