Gentlemen,

I don't know what if anything they possibly got out of Riverstone if
anything as I will have to get briefed tommorrow on that. I would have to assume that the property in Uganda was not ecomomically feasible with low gold prices or they must have decided to not pursue
it based on data they were able to accumulate from other sources.
From what they have told me the Congo properties give them the most
bang for their buck and also the best terms of payment. Also remember
that STS is still a one star company and has to operate on a one star
budget. They learned a hard lesson earlier by spending too much on
five star reports and properties which were too costly. Anyway I think that they have wised up and are giving their best efforts to make this company successful. At these prices fellows we just as well stick it out as we don't have much more to lose and possibly much
to gain from here so lets give them a second chance to prove themselves. Many mining companies have made bad judgements and have
recovered and actually turned things around so lets give them a second
chance to prove themselves. After all the season we are in now says to
me that I can forgive and forget the past and go on from here. I will
update you here on this release as I get more info. IN the meantime
enjoy the Holday season.
