Bill, a while ago I said I was really close to supporting Trump. Now I'm reconsidering, and it's because of his desire to ban Muslim immigration.

To me, I care very much about freedom of religion and how it is under assault by the left. But if conservatives want to stand firm on the 1st amendment, they'll have to extend these freedoms and protections thereof to all religions and all speech, not just that which they agree with. Otherwise, we might as well just turn the Constitution into that "living, breathing document" that Al Gore and every other liberal wants.

Hence I will join people like Zuck and even Dick Cheney in denouncing Donald Trump's anti-Muslim agenda. If that makes me a RINO, then so be it.
