Au contrair‚, Mex. didn't PAY Back their debt, USA simply rolled it to Germany. That isn't payback, that is rollover. You missed my point re: consumer debt maxed out. I was simply stating the deflationary result of Asian dumping of goods is PRIMARILY to our shores at the same time PERSONAL CONSUMER DEBT is at its highest, i.e., the cards are maxed out and the firesale prices are at their best. Go back and re-read my post with this clarification in mind. I believe you will see I haven't erred as you suggested. O/49r
