Instead he has overseen a doubling of Muslim immigration into the United States (while seeking to deport Middle East Christians) and his administration has repeatedly made demands upon the American people that it will not tolerate anything less than full and open acceptance of Muslims in America even in the shadow of Islamic terror attacks. That is not to say that all Muslims despise American values, but rather that a much higher percentage of them do compared to other socio-religious groups.
