Not necessarily. Given that they apparently have very little cash at the moment (although without financials no one knows), even $5 million in debt would be welcome. As far as I'm concerned the risk is on the lender and if RMIL defaults, he suffers.

$5 million could make quite an impact, financially and psychologically, for this company. I could see myself taking a SMALL nibble on some shares if they can pull it off given current and past circumstances. Face it, if they can convince someone to loan this ailing company that kind of scratch, I might gain some new respect for Morgan and Breton. But then again, the devil is in the details.

But of more import, if I understand correctly, the money is going to RMCW and I'm still unsure of the status of the merger between them and RMIL. Apparently the SEC is confused as well.
