Per Reuters, CHL has awarded a contract to AT&T for setting up Internet service in HK. Is CHL competing against HKT in Hong Kong ? Does anybody know why they are messing in HK ? I thought CHL's business is in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces in PRC. I didn't realize they have or intend to have business in HK (except their holding company is in HK).
