Roger, I just came upon this thread. I think if you can harness the intellectual capital floating around on SI there must be something of value that can be created. I would like to be involved if you are interested, although I must confess that I will not have a lot of time to give. I am a lawyer, (and an MBA for what that's worth), but I practice in Canada, so I may not be able to give you the specific legal advice you may be looking for. Let me know if I can help. Ron P.S.
