With all of the legitimate clients TSIS has already signed up (and they are only just beginning), it really makes me wonder what it takes to get a small company stock like this to rise. Do we have to see reported profits and sales or what? Why in heck would the stock move just on rumors in the past. Investor psychology is sure strange sometimes. I do agree that this looks like a great buy at these prices. I got in for 10,000 more myself earlier in the week.
