Well so far like the dark web - any guns potentially skirting NFA rules are buried in basements and not used by criminals or terrorists. Anyone can make a web site, charge you money - getting your product is a bit more of a problem and I dare say expensive to pick up or ship somewhere undetected. If they rip you off - who are you going to complain to?? The police or the BBB?? :-)

So the dark web is scary to you - but ISIS terrorists hidden among Syrian refugees is not a bigger problem?
