Bill, I am looking forward to their loss statement as well. I think this is the quarter that the effects of the instability will have a significant effect. I can't imagine a responsible company purchasing and relying on AVNT products. Their dependence on the Asian markets should also have a dramatic effect (do you know if their sales in Asia are in local currencies or US$). I am also disgusted with their game playing with the so called new producets. They are attempting to differentiate their new products from their old (soon to be enjoined) products. I hope the judge will see this for the contempt that it is and extend his injunction to all of their product line. This gamesmanship is painfully obvious. I have never seen a software company rename their software each time they do a new release before. Of course there is no reason to do so,(and every business reason not to have to recreate brand awareness) unless you are attempting to pull the wool over some judges eyes. Looks like Jan 15 will be a big day in AVNT history. Regards, Ron
