Thanks Daniel. I checked the DARA/MTP reverse merger again and noticed there’s actually another layer of complexity.
MTP is an ADR, with each share worth 2 of the Midatech shares traded in London. And, in US$, the London shares are trading at about half the MTP ADRs. So with the MTP ADRs closing Friday at $6.29, using the .272 conversion rate you get a price of $.86.
In any case, I’ll stick with the $.88 price but will readjust at year-end if MTP’s price has changed significantly.
