Hello! Brad,

Thank You for taking the initiative and starting this thread on EMPE.

I am a shareholder of EMPE, and did see the impressive ( In my opinion!) news release!

Other than the obvious details that were presented in the news release ( which as a shareholder I was happy with!) there are two other points that I would like to address!

First! I guess it comes as no surprise that up to this point in time EMPE has been a relative unknown commodity in the oil and gas sector! With the recent developments that were covered in the news release, it's my feeling / opinion that EMPE'S profile as a serious "player" in the oil and gas sector is about to begin to develop! ( Just my own opinion!)

Interestingly enough it appears that there are at least 550 EMPE Shareholders out there, that are betting on this companies future!

With only 5.7 Million shares outstanding owned by 550 Shareholders gives an average shareholding of about 10,363 shares per shareholders, I feel that this gives an excellent shareholder distribution base! ( Personally I like to see the a stock owned in smaller share quantities, but by a larger number of shareholders, as we have in EMPE!).

Second Point! If we use an example that the book value of EMPE is over .90 cents a share and the stock is trading recently at .93 cents, then I believe that this example once again reinforces the fact that up until now, EMPE has not had a large following, in my own opinion, I would rank it as a diamond in the rough!

This is a total guess on my part! But! I would imagine that a worst case scenario, when estimating some calculation scenarios, I would be guessing that even at a low Oil and Gas sector factor of 2 1/2 times book value would put EMPE in the $2.25 per share trading range potential! ( Note! That I said potential!) I intentionally went at a very low factor at 2 1/2 times in efforts not to lead anyone astray!
I would imagine that there are some companies in the Oil and Gas Sector that have share value trading at 10 Times the book value!

But I think that would occur in times when oil and gas prices are at their peak price level!

Several other factors can of course determine the share trading value
of Oil and Gas Stocks! Situations such as "cold weather fronts", etc!

I am aware that the new EMPE President has a proven track record in raising equity and debt financing, plus I understand that over the past two years, he has been involved in acquisitions totalling over $200 Million Dollars!

I'm glad to be one of the 550 EMPE Shareholders!

I have a hunch that as the news starts to circulate on EMPE, this thread will develop some interesting dialogue! ( I meant a sharing and exchanging of ideas, and information that would be of benefit to all EMPE thread participants!)

I would remind everyone that they should always make their own investment decisions! Do not make any decisions based on someone else's recommendation or opinion! And always do your own due dilligence and research! Each of you have worked very hard for your money, how you choose to invest is your decision and yours alone to make!

Thanks Again Brad, for starting the EMPE Thread!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
