To anybody:

Isn't anyone nervous about the possibility that IPIC could get sued into bankruptcy by former users of dex-fenfluramine, if enough of said users can prove in court that said drug caused damage to their heart-valves?

Additionally, anyone read the research by a team at Johns Hopkins done about a couple of years ago that demonstrated brain damage in monkeys dosed with dex-fenfluramine?

I may be mistaken on item #1, since I don't know whether it's the phentermine or the fenfluramine part of phen/fen which is implicated in the heart-valve damage.
