Glorieux, you acknowledged your remarks were mistaken, and promised to withdraw them, but didn't. And you hope this post puts Bruce Duncan in a bad light? For defending his company?

GrumpyGus, let there be NO MISUNDERSTANDING: CEO Duncan put himself is a bad light way back in late 2013 and early 2014 when he made on the CCB bullboard at SH some of the most outrageous, reprehensible and unprofessional posts ever made by a CEO of a public company on any public stock forum.

He insulted retail posters. He threatened them with defamation lawsuits. He sent private massages. He tried to intimidate posters to stop posting by threatening to use a SLAPP strategy. I was threatened and I know I did not defame CCB or any officers so I have to assume that others who were threatened were also innocent. His strategy clearly was to force people to incur large legal bills if they did not apologize to him and stop posting. If you doubt the validity of what am saying, I have copies of his posts which will prove beyond any doubt that what I am saying is 100% true. His behaviour at SH was not worthy for any CEO.

The nagging question for retail investors is why would a CEO resort to such behaviour if Miller had the goods and had the potential to become a successful mine and make the shareholders a lot of money? There is a stark contract between CCB CEO Duncan and ZEN CEO Eveleigh. Eveleigh and ZEN have been attacked viciously for 2 years by the CCB gang of ZEN bashers but Eveleigh has ignored those fools and he has quietly gone about the business of enhancing value for his shareholders.

The behaviour of CEO Duncan is a huge red flag in my opinion. There was no need "For defending his company" as many of those posts he ranted about had less than 100 reads until he gave them publicity and many of those posts were true and not defamatory. He attacked anybody who dared to make any comment about CCB that he didn't like regardless of the truth of that comment. He acted like a schoolyard bully. Even his close friend hoov called him a "rabid dog". I actually believe he was more upset about the true comments because he could not refute them.

So Grumpy, don't try to give readers the impression that CEO Duncan in innocent of any wrongdoing in his ongoing dispute with retail investors, that he was unjustly insulted by forum posters and he was only defending himself because the facts do not support that position.
